5. No Returns Policy
Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of our products, XOIOXO operates with a no returns policy. All sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you encounter any issues with your purchase.

XOIOXO is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance processes. The customer is responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. Please allow up to three weeks for creation and delivery.
